创始于2003年，弗迪动力有限公司原隶属于比亚迪集团旗下—第十四事业部及第十七事业部，致力于动力总成及新能源整体解决方案开发。2019年底，弗迪动力有限公司正式挂牌成立，可提供全擎汽车动力平台产品以及完备的部件产品配套加工服务。
