KTH230 is a dedicated hybrid transmission with energy saving and high efficiency, multi gear and multi-mode, high integration and low cost. The dual motor integrated oil cooling design integrated hybrid box can save more than 40% oil. The overall performance of the product is superior, especially in reducing fuel consumption. Under NEDC conditions, the fuel saving rate of the whole vehicle is 35% ~ 45%, and the fuel consumption per 100 km can be reduced to 4.6L. By simplifying the overall structure, modular integration and other forms, compact and light weight can be realized, and the manufacturing cost can be further optimized, which is more than 20% lower than the manufacturing cost of the mainstream hybrid transmission in the market. The product can realize the platformization, and can match the car, SUV, pickup and other types of models. Through the power compensation ability of the motor, the power interruption and NVH problems in the shifting process are improved, the frustration is reduced, the product performance is improved, the mileage anxiety and battery life are eliminated, and the driving experience is more comfortable.
Kuntye’s EDS is a 3in1 pure electric system, which is mainly based on the integrated design of motor, electronic control and gearbox. It defines Kuntye’s 3in1 system platform, which realizes the same technology and multiple products. By reducing connectors and eliminating redundant parts, the product is highly integrated and the cost is reduced. Meanwhile, the overall volume is reduced by 20%, and the power density reaches 1.9kw/kg. The overall efficiency of NEDC can reach 88%, and the highest efficiency is over 92%. With flat wire motor, the slot full rate , NVH and heat dissipation performance are greatly improved and the maximum efficiency of the motor reaches 97.2%. By using the gear pair design scheme with high coincidence, the system can still maintain excellent NVH effect at up to 12100rpm. The independent research and development of EDS control model is designed based on the EDS structure, vehicle power performance, economy and other requirements, so as to realize the control of motor, gearbox and other related accessories, and meet the current and future fuel consumption requirements.
Kuntye's 7DCT is a new generation of wet 7-speed dual clutch gearbox independently developed by Kuntye with compact structure and higher efficiency. Through integrated design, the product solves customers' anxiety of insufficient space and high fuel consumption, and helps to improve the cost performance of the whole vehicle.
Compared with other AT and CVT transmissions, it has a wider gear ratio span (7.5), and can expand to a larger speed ratio range, more gears and P2 hybrid or four-wheel drive structure. It has great advantages in weight reduction, NVH improvement, carrying arrangement, etc.
The product adopts narrow tooth and fine high tooth design, and its compact space design is superior to the joint venture products of the same level, with axial dimension up to 365 mm. The center distance is as low as 190mm and the height difference of input and output shafts can be reduced to 65 mm. Modular and integrated design is adopted, which can be applied to the vehicle carrying of class A-B vehicle platform. Adopting lightweight design, the weight is as low as 80kg, and the multi gear, wide speed ratio range (7.5) design can better match the working characteristics of the engine, making the engine continuously efficient in the speed region, and the transmission efficiency is as high as 97%. The product can be equipped with a centrifugal Pendulum damping flywheel to reduce the engine speed to less than 1200rpm and make the running noise quieter. The noise of the transmission gear is less than 76dB.
