Innovation Highlights The high voltage of the drive motor makes the bearings prone to electrical erosion; high rotational speeds cause abnormal vibrations, leading to premature motor failure. Ceramic ball bearings are currently the best insulation solution to prevent electrical erosion. At the same time, the low density of ceramic balls is well-suited for drive motors with speeds over 10,000 rpm, effectively reducing vibration impact, lowering NVH, and meeting the fatigue life requirements of the drive motor.

Innovation HighlightsThe input shaft of the electric drive gearbox rotates at the same speed as the motor, exceeding 10,000 rpm, which surpasses the limit speed of conventional bearings, and it also needs to withstand axial forces, resulting in a high bearing failure rate. To adapt to new application scenarios, special designs have been implemented for the product's groove curvature, cage, and steel balls, and after rigorous customer verification, it has been maturely mass-produced and brought to market, receiving positive feedback from customers.
