Innovation HighlightsOur company independently developed a series of CNC deep hole drilling machines. Targeting the industry challenges in deep hole machining of gearbox input shafts — including difficulties in guaranteeing straightness and stringent precision requirements for oil passage holes — we adopted innovative tool design, optimized machining processes and developed dedicated fixtures. The machining accuracy far exceeds industrial standards: the straightness reaches 0.3 mm for lengths between 500 mm and 600 mm, and 0.4 mm for lengths between 700 mm and 800 mm.
This technology effectively ensures unobstructed oil passages and excellent shaft concentricity, greatly reduces the NVH level during gearbox operation, and improves the consistency and reliability of mass production. We have been designated as a qualified supplier for input shafts by multiple domestic OEM manufacturers.

Innovation HighlightsThis product is a high-precision carrier assembly, a core component for P4 hybrid and rear-wheel-drive 8AT transmissions. Addressing the industry challenges of tight positional tolerance and difficult machining for pin holes of planet gears, we adopt innovative pin hole machining processes, custom precision fixtures and full-dimensional inspection with coordinate measuring machines (CMM). The positional tolerance of planet gear pin holes reaches an ultra-high precision of 0.03 mm.
This precision ensures accurate meshing between planet gears, sun gear and ring gear. It effectively reduces impact, wear and NVH during transmission operation, and greatly improves the running stability, transmission efficiency and long-term reliability of the carrier assembly. The product fully meets the high-performance requirements of premium hybrid and fuel-powered transmissions.
