Motor Rotor Temperature Sensor

The rotor temperature field near permanent magnets is fundamental to motor thermal management and torque calculation, yet direct measurement in the narrow space of a high-speed rotating shaft is extremely difficult. Through customized telemetry systems, we achieve multi-channel direct temperature measurement, capturing rotor temperature data across all operating conditions. This enables refined torque calculation, laying the groundwork for improved performance and cost reduction, preventing high-temperature demagnetization and torque loss while enhancing overall thermal reliability.
