And for product, NSK conductive paper-based products demonstrated strong potential for preventing bearing electrical erosion by providing controlled current paths, as well as for addressing EMC issues through improved electrical grounding.

?New developed “Narrow-width combined plastic cage” enabled narrower width and higher-speed performance. ?Combining this cage with the optimized design of bearing life and material heat treatment technology, a significant reduction in the size and weight of ball bearings can be achieved (compared with conventional ball bearings, the outer diameter can be reduced by 10%, the width can be reduced by 38%, the weight can be reduced by 50%, and friction can be reduced by 25%).
