Innovation Highlights Tianjin STARPOINT New Energy: Special Self-Locking Retaining Rings for New Energy Motors
Custom-developed for high-speed motor operating conditions, this product features a convex-point self-locking structure for enhanced structural safety. Unlike conventional retaining rings that lack locking function and are prone to failure, our product achieves precise engagement and locking between convex points and grooves. It strongly resists centrifugal expansion force generated at ultra-high rotational speeds.
Under full-speed operation, frequent start-stop and severe vibration of motors, the rings deliver zero loosening, zero displacement and zero failure, completely eliminating motor safety hazards caused by retaining ring detachment.
